1. About the Service

Love ER ("the Service") is a digital product that lets you create a personalised, shareable mini-game webpage and downloadable certificate. The Service is operated by Ojas Wachaturvedi ("we", "us", "our"), based in India.

2. What You Get

When you complete payment, you receive:

• A private share link to your personalised Love ER page
• Access to the page for 30 days from the date of payment
• A downloadable Discharge Certificate (PDF and PNG)
• The link is emailed to the buyer email provided during checkout

3. Pricing & Payment

• The current price is displayed on the website at the time of purchase
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment gateway
• We do not store your payment card or bank details

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Love ER is a digital product that is delivered instantly upon payment.

• Since the share link and game are generated and delivered immediately after payment, we generally do not offer refunds
• If you experience a technical issue that prevents your page from working (e.g., link not generated, page not loading), contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will either fix the issue or provide a full refund
• If you were charged but did not receive your share link, contact us and we will resolve it within 48 hours
• Refund requests for reasons like "changed my mind" or "no longer needed" are not eligible, as the digital product has already been delivered
• To request a refund, email us at the address listed on our Contact page

5. User Content

You are responsible for the content you add to your Love ER page, including names, photos, and text. You agree not to use the Service to create content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Defamatory or violating someone else's privacy
• Containing someone's photos without their consent

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

6. Privacy & Data

• We collect your email address and phone number (optional) for order delivery and support
• Photos and text you upload are stored securely and used only to generate your Love ER page
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as needed to process payments
• Your page data is automatically deleted after the 30-day access period expires
• Emails are sent via a third-party email service (Resend) solely for order delivery and link recovery

7. Intellectual Property

The Love ER game design, code, templates, and visual assets are owned by us. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use your generated page for 30 days. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially reuse the Service or its templates.

8. Service Availability

• We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• Your page link is active for 30 days from payment — after that, the page expires
• Downloaded certificates (PDF/PNG) are yours to keep permanently

9. Limitation of Liability

Love ER is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
